Riad Lamane

Riad Lamane is situated in Amezrou Oasis surrounded by very old dates and pomegranate trees. Amezrou is about a kilometre from Zagora, where you can walk among palm groves along the riverside and to the market in town. The rooms and public areas are all decorated in a traditional style by local craftsmen and are heavily influenced by desert handcrafts in rich colours, with beautiful southern designs on the heavy wooden doors and furniture. The gardens are absolutely stunning and are full of mature palms, roses, shrubs and lanterns, and the terrace is a delightful place to relax at night. The swimming pool at the end of the garden is very private and there are spectacular views over the Palmeraie from the terraces.
