We cross the
Oued Draa, ride on the back of the Camel over 10 km (about 3 hours) through
wonderful desert landscape, with some luck we can see Nomades with their
animals. We will have lunch at a beautiful place in the midst of the desert
with dunes and large Tamarisk trees. In
the afternoon we continue to the Oued Naam, a meeting place of the Nomades
with a well. Night under the starlit sky, dinner. Second
day: At 10
o'clock you are picked up there from the 4x4 and you will travel through a
beautiful desert landscape
to
Oasis Sacrée (holy
oasis) for lunch break.
The Oasis Sacrée consists of a small group of palm trees around a source in the midst
of the desert, which running water the whole year. The Nomads comes with
their herds for soaking.
At
16
o'clock
departure. After further 15 km we reach the dunes of Chegaga.
This largest group of dunes of the region reaches a height of 300 m on a
length of 40 km. We spend the night directly in nomad tents at the dunes.
Dinner with
entertainment. Next morning after breakfast return to M’hamid.

camel per person, travel in the jeep, overnight accommodation
