Moroccan culture can be an exciting and worldly experience.
The cuisine of Morocco has been influenced by the native Berber cuisine and the Arabic Andalusian cuisine. This is why it is so rich.
The main Moroccan dish most people are familiar with is couscous which is very old and of Berber origin. One of the main methods of cooking in Morocco is using the tagine which is an earthenware dish with a conical shaped lid. The dishes described as tagines are Moroccan slow-cooked meat, fruit and vegetable dishes which are almost invariable.
Our concern is to make you taste, learn and prepare a delicious dish. Therefore, our cooking classes and trips in Sahara desert are about a celebration of being together around a table, preparing glorious food and immersing yourself in the aromas and tastes.
